As our General Manager – Business Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in lifting SPCA’s effectiveness and impact. About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the below key organisational functions:

Business & Process Improvement

  • Build and embed a continuous improvement culture across SPCA.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce variation nationwide.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver initiatives that enhance service quality and efficiency.

Project Delivery Leadership

  • Oversee SPCA’s project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritised and delivered effectively.
  • Strengthen project governance and uplift project management capability.
  • Manage programme‑level risks, dependencies, and benefits.

Content Strategy & Knowledge Management

  • Lead the creation, governance, and maintenance of organisational content including policies, procedures, and training resources.
  • Ensure content is accurate, accessible, and consistently adopted across centres.

Data Strategy & Insights

  • Drive SPCA’s data strategy and uplift data literacy.
  • Improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting.
  • Deliver dashboards and insights for evidence‑based decisions.

Leadership, Collaboration & Change Management

  • Build and lead a high‑performing Business Improvement team.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives with strong communication and adoption planning.
  • Provide strategic advice to the CEO and SLT.

 

About You
You are a strategic thinker and natural collaborator. You bring leadership experience in business improvement, project delivery, transformation, or data, and a track record of delivering organisation‑wide improvements. You excel at stakeholder engagement, systems thinking, and leading change.
