About the role
- Permanent Position
- Wednesday - Friday 8.45am – 5:15pm & Saturday 8:45am – 3:45pm
- SPCA OP Shop Windsor Invercargill
Your enthusiasm and dedication will see you
• Be responsible for the leadership of our dedicated volunteer team, customer service and daily retail operations
• Be passionate about online selling and service to create a seamless customer journey.
• Have a high standard of customer service, online sales, stock management, visual merchandising and general administration
• Have strong merchant skills
• Have the ability to visual merchandise and present a retail shop to a high standard with the customer experience paramount in decision making
• Have the ablity to accept and process donations in a timely manner
• Ensure stock quality and pricing aligns with the National Guide
What we need from you
• Have Retail leadership experience, second hand retail experience would be an advantage, however not essential
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Have proven ability to recruit, train, coach and lead a high performing team
• Be a self-motivated team player, who is enthusiastic and passionate about animal welfare
• You will have good attention to detail
• Demonstrate empathy and resilience
• Excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize and effectively manage workloads
• Strong administration, computer skills and visual merchandising experience
