About the role

We are looking for a part time Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our reception areas in Mangere for Saturdays and Sundays, 8.00 am - 4.30 pm. You’ll set the tone for our Centre—creating a positive, vibrant atmosphere that ensures every visitor (human and animal) has a fantastic experience at both our front and hospital receptions. 

You will also respond to calls and emails with a customer-first mindset and assist with the adoption and admissions process to ensure a seamless experience with warmth, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.

You will handle administrative tasks and data entry and keep our reception spaces organised, well-presented, and stocked with retail and donated items. You will support volunteers by being a positive role model and helping to create a welcoming, team-focused culture.

Bonus points if you have animal handling experience or a qualification in animal care!
